When peace like a river

There are times in life when peace seems to be in abundance. It was like that for me last week when all of our children met with Carol and I down on the Oregon Coast to celebrate my 75th. About half of our grandchildren and five of our great grandchildren

The Love showered on us was like a veritable river of peace. A lifetime memory for sure. No words can express how much all the time, effort and money expended meant to both of us.

It was a super blessing to see you also minister to each other with concern and caring.

We wish we could've been there, but it sounds like everyone had an amazing time together! Love you,

Good job on the new blog Dad. We really had a great time with everyone. Well off to bed after a couple nights of minimal sleep. Thanks for taking me to the airport at such a inconvenient hour.

I think it was more like "peace like an ocean"! Definitely a life-long memory maker, I agree. I like your new blog and will check it regularly, so keep it up. I especially like the picture of you and Mom when you were young. Were you even married yet? I love you, Marla
